Most recently, the firm has been awarded the Massachusetts Historical Commission 2000 Honorable Mention Award for preservation of the Lowell Superior Courthouse and the 1998 Preservation Award for preservation of the Stained Glass Dome in the State House Hall of Flags. The quality of the work and cost controls are monitored by the principal-in-charge. The principal and project manager remain on the project from the initial interview through the issuing of the certificate of occupancy. The principal will revisit the client within twelve months after the completion of the construction to insure that the performance of the building is meeting the intended requirements.
