CSS Architects Inc. was selected to provide Architectural design services for the new construction of one modular building with 96 units for senior affordable housing for the Somerville Housing Authority. The scope of work included a project specific phased site development, design concepts for various scenarios, permitting, cost estimating and construction administration.

The project included 40B site planning building design, interior design, landscape design, civil engineering, bidding and construction administration. Each unit was carefully designed to take advantage of water views, open space and landscaped courtyards. The living environment includes contemporary kitchens and bathrooms with state of the art appliances. Sensitive use of materials, skillful massing of the buildings and placement of private decks and entries all allow for water views.
Fuller Pond Luxury Condominiums

The services provided are site identification and reconnaissance, scenario development and recommendations, cost estimating, construction documents and construction administration.

CSS Architects was selected by the Lynn Community Development Housing Corporation to design five affordable single family houses for moderate income first time homebuyers at West Baltimore Street, Lynn, MA. In order to maximize the individuality of the houses, while achieving cost effective construction, CSS developed three different homes. Each lot was designed to allow for future expansion of the home and construction of a garage. The homes are two stories and feature 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.
